In pursuit of her passion to serve the real estate industry at a higher level, Kendall accepted the prestigious position of VP, Industry Relations & Strategic Partnerships with the largest independent brokerage in the US, eXp Realty. In her role, Kendall has been spearheading, developing and fortifying strategic partnerships within the real estate sector. Her primary objectives will include bolstering eXp Realty's product offerings, amplifying productivity, and elevating the company's reputation and enhancing our industry relations to ensure that eXp Realty remains at the forefront of industry advocacy. She has also been pivotal in helping agents understand and adapt to changes following the NAR settlement and other industry shifts.
Kendall has maintained that the future is digital, and has gained influence as an authority on real estate marketing, technology, and industry connections. She has been recognized as a thought leader, contributor, and content creator for multiple media outlets, and you can find her regularly speaking and moderating at the industry’s top conventions both in person and online. Her credits range from magazine covers and news articles, to podcast episodes and national television spots. She has been recognized as an RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2025 and has authored multiple books and real estate articles for the benefit of real estate professionals. In her spare time, she loves to read books, explore the latest tech tools and learn new things. Her hands may be full, but her heart is even fuller as a wife, mom, and dog-mom to rescue pup Buddy.
